Responsible Gambling

The fiesta should always stay fun. This page lists every tool FiestaSlots gives you to stay in control — and the independent helplines you can call if gambling stops feeling like entertainment.

Our commitment

FiestaSlots is for adults (18+) who play for fun. We will never knowingly take money from a minor or from a player who has self-excluded. We provide every player with the tools to set limits before play starts, and we react quickly when a player asks for help.

Tools you can set in your account

  • Deposit limits — daily, weekly or monthly caps. Decreases apply immediately; increases take effect after 24 hours.
  • Loss limits — cap how much you can lose in a given period, separate from deposit caps.
  • Wager limits — cap how much you can stake in total.
  • Session reminders — pop-up after 30/60/90 minutes of continuous play summarising your activity.
  • Time-out — lock your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days — useful for a quick cooling-off period.
  • Self-exclusion — permanent or fixed-term exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or 5 years. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

All tools live under My Account → Responsible Gambling. If you can't reach the cashier, live chat will apply any of them on request, 24/7.

Spot the warning signs

Gambling can stop being fun if any of the following start happening:

  • Gambling with money you can't afford to lose
  • Chasing losses with bigger bets
  • Lying to family or friends about how much you gamble
  • Borrowing to fund gambling
  • Gambling to escape stress or low mood
  • Neglecting work, study or relationships because of gambling

If any of these resonate, please use a time-out or self-exclusion above and consider talking to one of the helplines below.

Independent help & advice

Protecting minors

FiestaSlots is for players aged 18 or over. If you share a device with under-18s we recommend parental-control tools such as Net Nanny, FamiSafe or Qustodio. Keep your account credentials private and log out after every session.

18+Play responsibly. If gambling stops being fun, please use the tools above or contact an independent helpline.
