1. Operator & licence

FiestaSlots (fiestaslots1.com, the “Casino”) is operated by Dama N.V., registered at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao, under a Curaçao eGaming licence. By creating an account you accept these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• You may only hold one account. Duplicate accounts are closed and may forfeit winnings.
• Residents of restricted jurisdictions (including the United States, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Spain and any country on the Casino's restricted list) are not permitted to play.
• Employees, suppliers and their immediate family members may not register.

3. Account & KYC

You must provide accurate registration details. Before any withdrawal, the Casino will verify your identity (government ID), address (utility bill or bank statement issued within 3 months) and ownership of your payment method. KYC reviews complete within 24 hours under normal load.

4. Deposits & withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: €20. Minimum withdrawal: €50.
• Withdrawal limits: €7,000 per week, €30,000 per month, subject to VIP tier upgrades.
• Crypto withdrawals are processed within 1 hour after KYC; e-wallets same day; cards 1-3 business days.
• You must withdraw to the same method you deposited with where possible (AML rule).

5. Bonuses & wagering

• Welcome pack: 250% up to €3,000 + 1,000 free spins across five deposits. Minimum €20 each.
• Wagering: 40x on the bonus amount, 35x on free-spin winnings. Slots contribute 100%; live dealer and table games 10% or excluded.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active: €5 per spin or hand. Exceeding this voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonuses expire 30 days after activation.
• The Casino reserves the right to void winnings obtained through bonus abuse, including coordinated play across multiple accounts.

6. Fair play

All RNG games are independently audited. Collusion, bot use, card counting on live tables or any attempt to exploit a bug or pricing error will result in account closure and forfeiture of related winnings.

7. Dormant accounts

If an account is inactive for 12 consecutive months, FiestaSlots may charge a monthly €5 maintenance fee against any remaining balance until the balance is reduced to zero or the account is reactivated.

8. Complaints & disputes

Contact support@fiestaslots1.com first. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, you may escalate to the Curaçao eGaming licensing authority. These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao.

9. Changes

FiestaSlots may update these Terms at any time. Material changes are announced in your account inbox at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
